Lady Tigers JV Opens Season with Victory (17 - 7) Win Addison Kauffman collected four hits in five at bats, as Bluffton defeated Central Noble 17-7 on Saturday. Kauffman doubled in the first inning, singled in the second, fourth, and fifth. Bluffton JV jumped into the lead in the bottom of the first when Kauffman doubled, scoring one run. Josie Phillippe hit a fielder's choice, scoring one run. Macy Lemler doubled, scoring two runs. Bluffton scored eight runs on three hits in the bottom of the fourth inning. Sy'Annha Jordan-Turner was hit by a pitch, driving in a run. Grace Fry walked, scoring one run. Kamryn Ault walked, scoring one run, Gehring walked, scoring one run. Phillippe singled, scoring one run. Ault earned the win for the Tigers on the mound. She gave up 7 runs, 5 earned, striking out 9 batters, and walked one. Fry led the Tigers with 4 walks.
