Bremen girls 6th grade A team lost their season opener at home after a tough back and forth battle with New Prairie 21-19. Scoring for the Lady Lions was Jayde Atkins and Gianna Muck with 2, Anna Brady with 3. Leading all scorers was Payton Rodriguez with 12. Brooklyn Ulch led the Lions with 4 rebounds tonight. Natalie Walter and Addie Farabaugh added some tough defensive stops! Bremen girls B team also lost a tough battle 12-11. Scoring for the B team was Mierah Motz with 1 and Mihayla Bettcher with 10. Braelyn Mammom and Mihayla both tied with 3 steals tonight. Ciara Bellman, Emily Makhalira, and Josie Wildauer also contributed to the steal column! Peyton Hicks also added to the aggressive defensive mix. The lady lions are looking to bounce back this Wednesday at Argos!
