Bremen Lady Lions Softball Win Opener 4-1 over Central Noble The Lady Lions got off to a hot start on a cool, windy day in Albion enroute to a 4-1 road victory. Eliana Grubbs lead-off with a triple & an errant throw allowed her to score. Chrissy Grabowski followed Grubbs with a solo home run giving the Lions a 2-0 lead after two batters. In the 2nd inning, Peyton Johnson walked, Grubbs singled & Grabowski doubled plating Johnson & Grubbs. Lions up 4-0 after two innings, but in the bottom of the frame Kennedy Vice hit the first pitch she saw for a solo home run cutting the lead to 4-1. Grubbs & Delainey Neher had 3 hits each, Grabowski & Kali Milleman added a pair of hits for 10 hit attack for the Lions. Grabowski tossed a gem from the circle allowing only two hits while fanning 6.
