The Carroll Chargers delivered a dominant performance on September 6, shutting out South Side 49–0 at Charger Stadium to earn their first win of the season and open SAC play with authority. Carroll scored early and often, jumping to a 14–0 lead in the first quarter behind rushing touchdowns from Mason Irmiter and Nate Starks. Quarterback Jimmy Sullivan took over in the second, tossing three touchdown passes—to Brady Rhoad, Jaidon Van Pelt, and Mason Baughman—and adding a 12-yard rushing score of his own. The Chargers piled on 28 points in the second quarter alone, taking a 42–0 lead into halftime. Gabe Frisinger added a fourth-quarter touchdown pass to Griffin Scheele to cap the scoring. Carroll’s offense racked up 319 total yards on just 38 plays, averaging 8.4 yards per snap. The defense was equally impressive, holding South Side to just 109 yards and forcing a fumble. Eli Neuhouser led the way with six tackles and a sack. Despite possessing the ball for only 15 minutes, Carroll’s efficiency and explosive playmaking overwhelmed South Side, who fell to 0–3 on the season.
