Cascade Cadets Track and Field Opened the season on March 2nd at ISU for our first indoor HSR Qualifier meet. Several key individual performances highlighted the meet. Mara Starika advanced to the finals in the 60M Hurdles, and in his first indoor track meet, Landon Smith advanced to the 60M Dash. Our girls 4x400 of Izzy Guetig, Creedance Chittenden, Mara Starika, and Courtney Shostrand placed third with a time of 4:34.59. Our field events were capped off by a 6th place finish in the long jump by Isabel Guetig, 4th place in Girls pole vault by Claire Austin. We travel to UIndy Wednesday night for the Warren Central HSR invite.
