At stake for both teams is the opportunity to get back to .500 in the win column. Cascade leads the all-time series 33-11. Cadets are currently on a 4 game series winning streak beating the Clovers in 2020 56-0. The last Clovers win between the two teams came in 2016 beating the Cadets 8-6. WEEK 3 RECAP Cascade hosted #5 Scecina last Friday Night for Youth League Night. Cadets got off to a hot start, but turnovers and big plays seemed to be the difference maker. Cadets turned the ball over 3 times and gave up 3 long touchdown passes. Cadets took an early 6-0 lead, however, Scecina went on to outscore the Cadets 28-8 in the 2nd half. Scecina dropped Cascade 41-14. SR Liam Farmer moved into 4th all time in rushing yards passing Connor Horning with 1,482 yards. Farmer also moved into 4th all time in rushing touchdowns passing Connor Horning with 16 trips to the end zone on the ground. CADET NOTES Cascade continues to build from the 2021 football season. Cadets have amassed 500 more yards through the 1st three games than they did last year. Farmer, Van Ness and Weigle make the push to anchor the offense and defense. Cadets are off to a 1-2 start with the chance to get back to .500 this week against Western Indiana Conference opponent Cloverdale. Trebley leads the offense under center for your Cadets. The FR quarterback has completed 59% for 177 yards and 2 touchdowns. SR Liam Farmer leads the team in rushing and receiving amassing 436 yards on the ground and 82 through the air.
