Cadets got off to a slow start, but finish strong. Cadets found themselves down 7-0, 14-6, and 14-12 at one point, but kept clawing back each time. Late in the 2nd quarter, Cascade was able to begin their scoring streak and eventually scored 34 points in a row to take a 40-21 homecoming victory. The heavy ground attack rushed for 351 yards with Farmer leading the way with 217. Farmer moved into 2nd all time in rushing touchdowns with 27 total. CADET NOTES Cascade has made huge strides from 2021 to 2022. Offensively, they use their Wing-T run attack to send the tempo and control the game. Cadets earned their 3rd victory of the year after week 6. The last two years, Cascade hasn’t won their third game until week 9 in 2021 and week 10 in 2020. Cadets are off to a 3-3 start with the chance to get above .500 this week against a very solid Speedway team. Trebley leads the offense under center for your Cadets. The FR quarterback has completed 55% for 382 yards and 5 touchdowns. SR Liam Farmer leads the team in rushing and receiving amassing 1,173 yards on the ground and 90 through the air. Farmer has found paydirt 16 times through the 6 contests. SO Damien Appleby and FR Toby Savini have combined for 474 yards on the ground and 1 touchdown. The Cadets average 367 yards per game no huddle wing-t offense. Cadets are anchored up front with an undersized, but fierce offensive line led by SR Walker Van Ness.
