Winter Athletic Enhancement is open for ALL student-athletes (Middle School 6th/7th/8th & High School 9th-12th) who are NOT currently participating in a Winter sports. These lifts will be a variation of the ALL sport lifts being conducted in Advanced Physical Conditioning Class with Coach Simmons. 6th/7th/8th Grade Athletes will learn basic fundamentals and work strictly on proper form with high repetitions and extremely low weight. We want our student-athletes learning their ways around the weight room and give them a baseline understanding, so they can hit the ground running when they step foot in Advanced Physical Conditioning. This is NOT a Free-For-All Period and all Student-Athlete the goal is to perfect the movements that are asked to do. For 6th-8th Grade, we are not worried about how much weight you can do, rather than how well you use your range of motion. Calendars will be posted outside the Cadet Center and Weight Room.
