Boys Cross Country Varsity vs Terre Haute South Vigo High School Eighth Varsity vs Terre Haute South Vigo High School The Trojan Boys Team travelled to Lavern Gibson, Terre Haute, to open the 2025 cross country season on Saturday and came away with an 8th place finish! Among the teams ahead of them of them were four teams ranked in the top 15 statewide in some pre-season polls. Among the teams behind them were teams ranked #21 and #22 in the aformentioned polls. All and all a good start for the young Chesterton squad. The Trojans were without last year's top runner, junior Spencer Martin. Junior Ryan Nix led the way for the Trojans with a ninth place finish. There's just one senior in the top eight! The Trojan Boys next run at the Larry James Classic on their home Sunset Hill Farms course next Saturday.
