Just a reminder that the varsity football homecoming game tomorrow night will start at 7:30pm rather than the usual 7:00 pm due to the later start time of the parade. Be sure to go watch the parade in downtown Chesterton and then come support the Trojans in victory over LaPorte. Gates open at 6pm. Overflow parking will be at the Duneland Boys and Girls Club on 521 W. 1100 N in Chesterton. The CHS Homecoming Parade will take place this Friday, September 12, 2025. The staging area for participants, where the parade will begin, is located at 651 West Morgan Avenue in Chesterton (YMCA Healthy Living Campus). Staging for the parade will begin at 4:00 PM, with the parade kicking off promptly at 5:00 PM. Parade Route: East on Porter Avenue, left to north Calumet Road, left to Broadway Avenue, left to south 6th Street, ending back at YMCA Healthy Living Campus.
