Click the link below to fill out a nomination. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf1WzzmjAlD_r6i7wv6US4GNsGgXY80IvBFgfi_gZgUYO14EQ/viewform Chesterton High School Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Ballot The Athletic Hall of Fame is designed to honor those individuals who, through their commitment, sacrifice, and dedication to the Chesterton High School Athletic Program, have brought pride and distinction to our school community as either a player, coach, administrator, or active supporter. Athletes and team inductees are limited to those who have been graduated for at least five (5) years. Coaches and administrators deemed worthy of nomination to the Hall of Fame will not be subject to a waiting period. Lifetime achievement and long-time supporters deemed worthy of nomination to the Hall of Fame will not be subject to a waiting period. Nominations will be accepted electronically through this form, by US mail, or dropped off at the athletic office between 7:30 AM & 3:30 PM on days that school is in session. Please include as much information as possible. Forms must be received no later than January 23, 2026 for consideration for induction into the 2026 class.
