Danville hosted North Putnam on Senior Night in a memorable evening that celebrated our seniors and showcased strong performances across the lineup. The team delivered a great night of racing, highlighted by all-time top-five performances on both the boys and girls sides. Maddie earned her place in Danville history with a #4 all-time performance in the 100 Backstroke, while William added his name to the record board with the #5 all-time time in the 500 Freestyle. These swims were a testament to the hard work being done daily in practice. The boys entered the night knowing they were up against tough competition and responded by battling in every event. Their determination paid off late in the meet, as they sealed the night with an outstanding relay performance, bringing the crowd to its feet and capping off a gritty team effort. Senior Night brought plenty of emotion as we began the process of saying goodbye and celebrating the seniors who have given so much to the program. Their leadership and commitment were on full display, not just in their races, but in the way they supported their teammates throughout the meet. The girls closed out the regular season with an impressive 8–3 record, a reflection of their consistency and depth all year long. With the regular season complete, the entire team now shifts its focus to training and preparation for conference competition next week.
