The Danville Warriors hosted Plainfield tonight in an exciting duel match. While the Warriors fell to the Quakers 187–200, there were plenty of bright spots on the course. Kylie continued her strong season with another impressive round, while freshman Ellie L. set a new personal record—showing she’s going to be a player to watch in the future. Claire and Lucy both bounced back with solid performances after a challenging Saturday. One of the highlights of the evening was the Danville Mob turning out to cheer on the team. This was the first time the girls’ golf squad has seen such a strong show of support from fellow students beyond close friends, and the energy made a big impact.
