The varsity baseball team picked up two big wins over the weekend. On Thursday, they defeated 4A #12 ranked McCutcheon 9-7. Lucas Waggoner earned the win with a strong pitching performance in relief. On Saturday, the team defeated 1A #11 ranked Clinton Prairie 2-1. Alex Lopez earned the win and Matthew Berry picked up the save in relief. Chris Sandoval also pitched 2 scoreless innings in the game.
