The Flashes had a really busy but very successful evening last Friday with the Flashes Showcase being held at home, as well as the Broncho Sprint Showcase at Lafayette Jeff High School. The Flashes Showcase, which includes the mile and the 4x800, featured Joey Ashman who ran a 4:17 mile and finished 8th in a tough, competitive race. At the Broncho Showcase, the 4x1 of Harvey, Hines, Moritz, and Swanigan ran 43.41 and finished 3rd overall, the 4x4 of Moritz, Clerger, Keck, and Weaver ran 3:27 and finished first overall. Individually, Jayon Harvey placed 2nd in the 100m, Hudson Moritz placed 7th in the 200m, and Ivan Weaver placed 4th in the 400m and 5th in the 200m. It was an excellent night of track for the Flashes.
