The Franklin Central Girls Varsity Basketball team had two wins on Saturday against Decatur Central (66-45) and Connersville (69-35). The girls were led both games by a balanced attack with 4 girls reaching double digit scoring in each game. In Game 1, the Flashes were led bu Lily Graves with 17 points, 5 assists, Aniya Doughty with 11 points, Riley Huotari with 6 points and 6 assists and Carly Holmes with 10 points. Payton DuVall had 13 rebounds as well. In Game 2, the Flashes were led by Emma McVey with 25 ponts, Riley Huotari with 11 points, Payton DuVall with 11 points and 12 rebounds, Lily Graves with 7 points, 5 assists, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Aniya Doughty with 10 points. Next up for the Flashes is an away game at Whiteland this Thursday and Mooresville at home on Saturday afternoon at 1 pm.
