The Golden Eagle Girls Track & Field team competed yesterday at HSE in the Sectional round of the tournament, wrapping up the season on a strong note for many. Several individuals and relays delivered strong performances and will advance to next week’s Regional at Lafayette Jefferson! Regional Qualifiers are listed below: Amelia Smith '27 became the first field event sectional champion in school history with a vault of 12’ 6”. Brinna Wolf '27, Addy Horvath '26, Delaney Gould '26, Eva Parr '25 ran to a 5th place finish in the 4x800 relay. Brooke Bunnell '26 and Claire Flannagan '27 finished 6th and 7th in the 400. Katie Kolb '26 finished 5th in the 800.
