Outstanding performances at the Lafayette Jeff Regional from the boys' Track & Field Regional Qualifiers to finish in 7th place! Congratulations to the 4x100 team of Jeremiah Howard, Aaron Gosewehr, Cisco Luyindula, and Diams Espady for their 1st place overall win in a school record time of 41.90 to punch their ticket to State!! Congratulations to the following athletes that will be advancing to the State meet in individual events: Diams Espady - 100 - hitting State Standard with a time of 10.93 to place 4th Cisco Luyindula - 200 - PR time and hitting State Standard in a time of 21.95 to place 3rd Daniel Richards - 300 Hurdles placing 3rd Other outstanding performances: Field Events: Jack Howard - seeded 14th in Pole Vault, had a PR jump of 13' to finish in 8th! Tannon Monden - seeded 17th in High Jump and with his jump of 6' he finished in 7th! Arsene Mpanda - seeded 16th had a throw of 137'08 to place 11th Jeremiah Howard - finished the night in 5th with a jump of 21'1.25" Running Events: Daniel Richards - placing 6th in the 110Hurdles Aaron Gosewehr - seeded 13th and missed making top 9 finals by .01 to place 10th 4x400 team of Curtis Hicks, Isaac Harvey, Tyler Meyer, and Cisco Luyindula were seeded 13th and with a PR time of 3:28.81 placed 8th!
