LMS Gold Surge Past Tecumseh Bronchos Varsity 2025 Thanks To Big First Inning

LMS Gold defeated Tecumseh Bronchos Varsity 2025 14-3 on Thursday thanks in part to eight runs in the first inning. Brayden Wegener singled, scoring one run, Roman Moore singled, scoring one run, Andrew Gosewehr singled, scoring one run, Abram McHenry singled, scoring two runs, Deitrick Gibson induced Ace Goodnight to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored, Camden Hawkins hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and a steal of home scored one run. LMS Gold scored six runs on three hits in the bottom of the second inning. Camron Venis drew a walk, scoring one run, Goodnight singled, scoring two runs, Hawkins grounded out, scoring one run, Noah Adams singled, scoring one run, and a steal of home scored one run. Moore earned the win for LMS Gold. The starter allowed three hits and three runs over three innings, striking out three and walking three. Gosewehr threw one inning of shutout ball for LMS Gold in relief. The reliever surrendered one hit, striking out one and walking two. Hawkins went 1-for-2 at the plate and led the team with two runs batted in. McHenry and Moore each collected two hits for LMS Gold. Venis paced LMS Gold with three walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, accumulating seven walks for the game. Adams stole three bases. LMS Gold stole eight bases in the game. LMS Gold were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Goodnight had the most chances in the field with five. Next up for LMS Gold is a game at North Montgomery
