The girls tennis team advanced to Thursday's Sectional Semi-Finals with a 4-1 win over Blue River on Wednesday night. We had defeated Blue River 4-1 early in the season, but the Vikings changed their lineup around a bit, moving their #2 and #3 singles players to #1 doubles and then moving their normal #1 doubles team to #2 doubles. All five courts came out on fire Wednesday taking all first sets. Morley played awesome in winning her 1st set 6-1 and Peyton and Ashlynn dominated the entire match, each not giving up a game. Both doubles teams of Jaylee Bush/Emma Harris and Teagan Brown/Cadence Armacost also played great and dominated both sets, only dropping 8 games total.
