Bombers top Benton Central 7-5.

The Rensselaer Central Bombers topped Benton Central 7-5 on Friday night after taking the lead in the top of the ninth inning. Cayden Webb earned the win for the Bombers as he threw four innings in relief allowing zero earned runs while striking out six and walking none. Brayson Johns opened the game for the Bombers. The righty allowed three hits and one run (zero earned) over five innings, striking out seven and walking three. Landen Musch led the Bombers offensively going three for three at the plate. Tyson Cotner, Dillan Simmons, and Braedy Martin each drove in two RBI's for the Bombers. Musch and Simmons each stole multiple bases for the Bombers. Also having hits for the Bombers were Tyson Cotner, Dawson Cain, Brayson Johns, and Braedy Martin.
