Basically a week and half of no practice slowed our pace on the mat tonight against a very tough Charlestown team. We lacked movement and fundamentals tonight overall. Now we had some serious hard fought matches that were very close and a few come from behind pins. Overall we have ready to get back to practice and building our season.
