Last night the Salem Lions Cross Country team competed in the Hokum Karem hosted by Silver Creek. The boys finished 3rd out of 13 teams. They were led by the team of Rafe Wells and Vance Teft who finished 5th overall. Luke Baldwin and Cooper Henry finished 19th. Aaron Dougherty and Ryder Wilson finished 23rd. Will Little and Zach Dougherty finished 30th. The girls did not have enough to qualify as a team but had a great start to the season. Abbie Stephenson and Sophia Tarr finished 18th. Ameila Tedrow teamed up with a runner from New Albany and they finished 38th.
