The girls' swim team came home from the WIC Championship meet on Saturday with a team win and two new school records. The Eagles held off the favored Edgewood Mustangs for the second year in a row by a mere eight points at the close of the meet. Megan Bumgardner, Victoria Paige, Josey Helton and Elise Kendall broke the 200 freestyle relay record and Bumgardner lowered her own school record in the 100 backstroke. The boys' team finished third overall with North Putnam taking the team win.
