TC BOYS SOCCER FALLS TO SPEEDWAY. The Triton Central boys soccer teams traveled to Speedway on Thursday night, but the host Sparkplugs swept the Tigers in both varsity and junior varsity matches. In the varsity contest, Speedway came out with a 6-0 victory over the Tigers. With the loss, Triton Central drops to 0-5-1 on the season as they continue to search for their first win. The junior varsity squad also faced a tough night, falling 7-0 to Speedway. The defeat moves TC’s JV record to 1-2-1. The Tigers return to action Saturday morning with a road trip to Decatur Central. The JV match kicks off at 10 AM, followed immediately by the varsity.
