Don’t wait until the last minute. You MUST have a new physical on file in the athletic office BEFORE your sports season starts in August.  As well all forms on Eventlink will need to be filled out before you are allowed to attend any practices after August 4th.  Eventlink forms for all athletes can be found here  https://community.eventlink.com/registrations
