Wabash High School

Wabash High School Sophomore Cael McCann has advanced to the IHSAA Swimming & Diving State Finals at the IU Natatorium on the campus of Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). McCann will swim the 100 Freestyle in which he is currently seeded 23rd. McCann finished second in the 100 Freestyle at the IHSAA Warsaw Swimming & Diving Sectionals on February 18th. He is the Wabash High School record holder in the 50 freestyle and a member of the school record holding 200 Medley, 200 Free, and 400 Free relay teams. McCann will swim Friday evening, with the top 16 swimmers advancing to the championship heats on Saturday afternoon.
