Varsity Girls Gofl Shoots season low score at Arbor Trace to advance to Regionals for the fourth straight year.

The Wabash High School Varsity Girls Golf Team made an impressive statement at the sectional tournament this past weekend, achieving a season-low score of 365 and securing a 2nd place finish. With this performance, the team will advance to the regional tournament for the fourth consecutive year, led by Seniors Kenley McWhirt, Emma Adams, and Sydney Till. Four of the 5 golfers had personal record days on the golf course. Emma Adams led the way, posting a (PR) score of 84, while Kaitlyn Brewer followed closely with her PR of 88. Sydney Till and Kaylee Indrutz delivered personal-best performances, with scores of 102 and 104, respectively. Rounding out the team’s success was the number 1 golfer on the team Kenley McWhirt, who shot 92. The Girls will tee off at Noble Hawk Golf Club in Kendallville Indiana at 9:10 Friday, September 27th.
