The A team suffered their first loss of the season against Benton Central. West Lafayette started poorly as Benton Central led 14 to 4 at the end of the 1st quarter. West Lafayette battled back and got within 6 points in the middle of the 3rd quarter before Benton Central extended the lead to 10 at the end of the 3rd quarter. The final score of the game was 45-28 with Andrew Pfeiffer leading the team in scoring with 8 points. In the B game, Benton Central led 10 to 5 at the end of the first quarter. West Lafayette outscored Benton Central 7 to 2 in the 2nd quarter to tie the score of 12 to 12 at halftime. The two teams went back and forth and West Lafayette took control of the game late in the fourth quarter and won by the final score of 33-27. Daniel Oh led the team with 11 points.
