West Lafayette picked up two wins in sectional against Frankfort and Rensselaer before falling to Benton Central in the final. On Tuesday, the Devils cruised to a 69-18 win over the Hotdogs, led in scoring by Seniors Adrianne Tolen (20), Sarah Werth (12) and Vivian Huston (11). On Friday, West Lafayette upset #3 Rensselaer 44-37, avenging two previous losses to the Bombers. Tolen again led the team in scoring with 16, Werth chipped in 11 and Molly Andrew added eight. The Devils fell short of the championship to Benton Central 48-44, led by Andrew with 13, Tolen 11 and Werth 10. The team finished 16-10 on the season.
