7th Grade VB Takes CC

By Allison White | Sep 12, 2024 7:52 PM

The 7th graders took the court tonight ready to keep their winning streak alive. Meredith Andrew lit up the stats sheet tonight with fifteen serves, six aces, nine digs, and four kills. Lucía Warden Torres served a grand total of sixteen times, with four aces and three digs. Coach White was impressed with the improvement the outside hitters Laurel Smith, Danni Brown, and Rowynn Asay showed tonight on the court. Janice Stahelin had many assists and some very smart and quick plays at the net. Bella Garringer as always served the team well as the libero, Tabby Alexander showed off her killer swing in middle front, and Emma Cline got to see her first minutes on the floor in an A team game. The team won in two sets. The Red Devils will take the court again on Monday. Come to the game if you want to see the Red Devils try to bump out another team. They are setting up nicely to have a great record! In spike of any doubts at the beginning of the season, the girls are blocking out the competition. Ok, enough with the puns. They are net worth it anymore.
