The Western Boone Stars “A” team turned in another strong performance Thursday night, defeating Cascade 46–32 behind a dominant first half and relentless team play. Western Boone came out firing, putting up 18 first-quarter points and setting the tone early on both ends of the floor. The Stars carried that momentum into the second quarter, closing the half with a commanding 33–11 lead. While the pace slowed after halftime, the Stars’ control never wavered—ball movement, tempo, and defensive pressure continued to overwhelm Cascade. Tate Fields led the way with 15 points, attacking the rim and providing steady scoring throughout. Lukas Harrison added 12, and Ryder DeVol followed closely with 11, giving the Stars a balanced offensive effort. Additional scoring came from Crew Gallimore with 3, Jackson Potter with 2, and Tate Wood with 3. It was a complete team win from start to finish, as Western Boone’s fast-paced, unselfish style proved too much for Cascade to handle
