Lady Star golfers place 2nd at Mountie Invite

WeBo varsity girls golf team had an outstanding performance at the Mountie Invite on Saturday. The varsity team came in second only losing to Brownsburg out of the 14-team field. Freshman Ally Lewis came in fourth overall individual with a personal best 86. Stef Dickerson has a 93, Lyla Jackson a 99 and senior Lillie Cripe with a personal best of 107. Jada Scott also competed for the varsity with a 118. The JV team placed 8th out of 14 against several other varsity conference schools. Amaya Westerfeld led the team with a personal best of 110. Ally Sparks shot a 11, Jaylee Dickerson with a 115 and Isabella Fettig with a 119 both personal bests and Ila Stokes with a 123. Lady Stars will play again at Cool Lake on the 21st against the Southmont Mounties.
