Balanced Attack Leads Stars to 1st win of season The Western Boone Stars boys varsity basketball team showed what they are capable of tonight with a 79-35 win over Covington. The Stars were led by a very balanced attack on offense. Luke LaGrange had 16pts, Tristyn Faulk had 13pts, Quinn Westerfeld had 12pts, Burke Cavins had 10pts, Reese Young and Beau Sawyer also added 7pts. In total, 11 players scored for the Stars in the game showing the great balance this team possesses. This is the first win of the season and moves the Stars to 1-2 on the year. The Stars look forward to North Putnam on Friday for the first home game of the season in a boy/girl double header. Come out and support our stars at home for the first time this season!
