Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Boys High School Swim team competed against West Lafayette Tuesday evening.  The boys placed 2nd in the Medley Relay with the team of Alex Crockett, Liam Whitely, Isaac Threlkeld, and Zach Connors.  In the 200 Free Jacob Norman took 2nd place and Brayden Schick swam for a new PR (2:13.68).  Liam Whitely took 3rd in the 200 IM and Jacob Schrier had a new PR.  In the 50 Free Zach Connors placed 2nd, Isaac Threlkeld placed 3rd, and Caleb Crockett had a new PR (32.88).  Blaine Ballentine placed 2nd in the Diving competition, and in the 100 Fly Isaac Threlkeld placed 2nd and Kolten Conner had a new PR (1:27.06).  Zach Connors placed 2nd in the 100 Free and Jacob Norman won 1st place in the 500 Free.  The boys had 2nd place finishes in both the 200 Free Relay (Jude Balke, Isaac Threlkeld, Zach Connors, Jacob Norman) and the 400 Free Relay (Henry Biggs, Alex Crockett, Jude Balke, Jacob Norman).  The boys lost to West Lafayette with a final score of 62-124.  The boys team will compete again Monday evening at Webo against Fountain Central.
