Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone Volleyball Team traveled to Noblesville Saturday morning to compete in the Noblesville Invite. The Stars had a successful morning going 3-0 against Lawrence North (25-14 and 25-22), Western (25-15 and 25-16), and Union County (26-24 and 25-9). WeBo advanced to the championship match against the Noblesville Millers but fell short 16-25 and 22-25. Junior, Raegan Durbin, carried the team with 56 total kills, 25 digs, 4 aces, and 3 blocks for the day with Senior, Alayna Christner, at 23 kills and 7 blocks. Libero, Olivia Smith, finished the day with 18 digs and 7 aces along with DS, Emma Miller, having 14 digs and 2 aces. Emmerson Gott had 5 kills and 4 blocks! The Stars will host McCutcheon on Tuesday evening at 6:30pm and travel to Frankfort Thursday.
