Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The varsity girls tennis team lost to McCutcheon Thursday 1-4. Picking up the lone win for the Stars was 3S Eisley Whiteley, playing great from the start and picking up her first career varsity victory 7-5, 7-5. The JV team was defeated 1-4 as well, with 1S Ellie Whiteley winning the point for the team. The varsity team now holds a record of 1-2, while the JV sits at 2-1. The Stars will take the weekend off before hosting Southmont on Monday at 4:30pm in their first conference match.
