The WeBo Cross Country team traveled to Lebanon Wednesday for the Tiger Invite. In the boys race Isaac Threlkeld finished in 17th place with a time of 19:32 and Alex Crockett came in 19th (19:58). Graham Cavins crossed the line in 25th (20:22), Carter Hanna was 27th (20:27), Brayden Schick was 33rd with a lifetime best time of 20:59, Brawn Puckett 36th (21:27), Lane Hardee 37th (21:52) and Kole Nelson with another personal best of 24:40 in 47th place. Bailey Haag led for the girls team finishing 6th in 22:13 with Charlotte Stucky and Samantha Jones right behind her in 7th and 8th place with times of 22:18 and 22:40 respectively. Benny Parsons came in 12th (23:28), Kate Higer 18th (25:08), Janelle Gearheart 23rd (26:30), Rosie Rogers 25th (26:42), Carli Hanna 30th (29:17), and Katherine Mateika 32nd (30:26). The girls team tied with University for second place at 46 points, but ended in 3rd place overall. The Stars will travel to Northview Church for the Westfield's Athletic Annex Flashrock Cross Country Invitational on Saturday morning.
