The Lady Stars golf team picked up a big win over conference foe Southmont 178 to 196 on the back nine of Cool Lake. Stefanie Dickerson beat out last year's state qualifier Addison Meadows from Southmont to take medalist honors with a 39. Freshman Ila Stokes shot a personal best 44 and Lyla Jackson was right behind her with a 46. Makenzie Amich got into the forties with a 49 and Lily Shirley shot a 54. In exhibition the junior varsity had a personal best from Ally Sparks, 49, Jacelyn Wilson, 47, and Isabella Fettig, 55. Rounding out all scores was Amaya Westerfeld with a 54. Stars will be back playing at Twin Bridges to take on The Crawfordsville Athenians and Danville warriors Tuesday at 4:30.
