Western Boone Volleyball sweeps Covenant Christian in three quick sets Thursday evening. After a big tournament win Saturday, then two back-to-back games Monday and Tuesday, the Lady Stars did not give in to the Warriors. WeBo held CC to single digits in the first set 25-8. The second set was 25-14 and third set 25-9. Alayna Christner led the team with 8 kills. Audrey Dunn and Raegan Durbin had 7 kills each. Saige Terwiske followed with 5 kills. Janie Ransom had 25 assists. In the back row, Chloe Gillan led with 8 digs and Elena Gubera had 7. The Stars face another busy week with Park Tudor, Danville, and South Mont.
