Western Boone Volleyball traveled to McCutcheon Tuesday evening where the Stars battled with the Lady Mavericks. WeBo started strong each set; however, the Mavs to pulled away and captured the win in 3 sets. The Stars worked to improve their skills and grow from playing such a powerful team. Raegan Durbin ended the night with 9 kills, Audrey Dunn had 5, and Kennedy Kiger had 4 kills. Serving, passing, and blocking were key in this game. Kendal Ramey served one ace against McCutcheon. Elena Gubera had 10 digs. Kendal Ramey and Janie Ransom both ended with 4 digs, and Chloe Gillan and Audrey Dunn each had 3. At the net, Alayna Christner had 3 big blocks. Kennedy, Saige, and Audrey each had one. Stars will host Frankfort at 7:00pm Thursday evening.
