The Stars hosted the Frankfort Hotdogs. Stars started slow but found their offense and shots started to fall. Burke Cavins had a strong game, scoring in multiple ways. Stars went to half leasing 26-17. The second half came out and played lockdown defense and held the Hotdogs to 7 points and sealed the win 45-24. Burke Cavins had 19, Quinn Westerfeld 13, Owen Oakley 8 to lead the Stars to the win. The B team also played strong and held the Hotdogs to 6 points total. Brennan Bivens led the Stars with 8, Jackson Jones 5 and Levi Jackson 4. Jones and Jackson controlled glass with rebounding. Stars won 18-6 for a sweep over the visiting Frankfort Hotdogs. The 7th grade boys basketball team traveled to Frankfort last night to take on the Hot Dogs. The stars got off to a hot start with 13-0 run lead by defense and points in the paint. The stars dominated all aspects of the game for a 42-10 victory. Levi Adkins lead all scorers. The stars B team also came away with a dominating 25-9 win. Brayden Henson and Benson Devol lead in scoring.
