The 7th grade Stars continue their undefeated journey after beating our rivals, the Lebanon Tigers. Both sets were won by total team effort, smart plays, and great competitive edge. The Stars played with great team chemistry, leading to a quick victory. We love getting to see their improvements each match. The 8th grade Stars travelled to Lebanon tonight to face their rival Tigers. They fought incredibly hard in the first set 25-23, falling in the second set 25-19. The girls played their best game yet in terms of talent, growth, and execution. We saw a LOT of improvement with our front row hitters, including Murryn Sturgis and Emma Delp, finding sweet spots on the court. Our passers executed a phenomenal game with picking up tips, deep shots, and block/tip coverage, including Caydence Paris and Ashton Pelley. We think all the girls did a beautiful job on the court tonight and we can’t wait to see what more they can do on Thursday as we take on Northmont here at Webo.
