Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The high school cross country Regional qualifying individuals travelled to Brownsburg to compete against some of Indiana's fastest runners on Saturday morning. The girls race was first and Charlotte Stucky crossed the finish line for the Stars finishing with a personal best time of 21:22 in 114th place. Joan Gearheart finished her freshman season strong with a near best time of 21:30 in 122nd place. Edoardo Carapia finished his season strong with a near best season time of 17:42 (146th), followed by Aiden Lester who completed his freshman season with a time of 18:04 in 177th place. Alex Crockett returned to Regionals this year to take 35 seconds off of his time from this course last year to finish in 18:38 (208th). Each member of this team showed up and gave one of their best races this season. The Stars worked hard to finish with an amazing season that they should be proud of.
