Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The 8th Grade Lady Stars opened their season with Danville Monday night. The Stars battled strong for 3 quarters, but in the 4th it was all Warriors. The Lady Stars tried to fight back however with foul trouble and Danville being in the double bonus made it difficult. The Stars fell to the Warriors 32-42. Leading the way was Ally Lewis with 19 points along with 9 boards. Mickey Burns also contributed 9 rebounds as well. The Stars look to bounce back on Wednesday when they play Sheridan at home.
