Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

After a long break, the Western Boone 7th grade boys basketball team traveled to Danville last night. The Stars got off to a slow start with turnovers and missed layups and went into half down 17. The stars picked up the intensity in the second half cutting the lead several times but couldn’t match the Warriors offense, losing 48-31. Levi Adkins had 15, Carson Nicley had 10, Josiah Williamson added 4 and Dane Allen had 2. In the 7th grade B team game it was a similar story, too many turnovers and defensive breakdowns resulting in a 38-17 lost. Josiah Williamson lead with 8, Micah Farris had 3, Braylen and Benson Devol each added 2.
