Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The varsity girls tennis team lost 0-5 Wednesday to a tough University team to move to 2-2, but the girls competed well and forced some long matches at doubles. The JV team came through with a big 5-0 win which was their first of the season. They are now 1-2. Great job by 1S Wagner, 2S McClaskey, 1D Mickschl/Meadows, 2D Steimel/Whiteley, and 3D Gaines/Sheperd all earning wins. The Stars will host Covington Tuesday at 4:30.
