Western Boone Softball hosted North Montgomery for a double header on Wednesday night. The Lady Stars beat North Montgomery in the first game 11 to 1. Gabby Lewis pitched a great game, she had 12 strike outs. Leading the way for the Stars hitting was Emma Shirley going 4 for 4, Gabby Lewis and Emily Conyer went 2 for 4. Also with hits were Mickayla Naanos and Mackenzie Amich. The Stars went on to win the second game 18 to 1. Getting the win in the circle was Mickayla Naanos, allowing only 1 run. Leading the Stars in hitting was Emma Shirley, going 3 for 4. Gabby Lewis, Morganne Grant, Mackenzie Amich and Kale Conner all had 2 hits each. Also with hits were Emily Conyer and Mickayla Naanos. The Stars only committed 2 errors in 2 games.
