The JH Stars played Zionsville on April 24th and lost 12 to 3. Nance pitched four solid innings throwing 94 pitches. Oakley came in and threw 1 1/2 innings on 32 pitches. in the game, The Star's made 11 errors and give up 12 hits for the game. Velazquez, Westerfeld and Kiplinger all had an RBI for the Stars. The Stars struggled to get their offense going Wednesday and got beat by Crawfordsville 15 to 5. The Stars used 4 pitchers on Wednesday; Oakley went 3 innings by throwing 53 pitches; Nicely 1 inning on 37 pitches; Rausch went 1 inning throwing 40 pitches; Kiplinger closed it out on 9 pitches. The Star's had 8 hits on the night. Kiplinger, Westerfeld and Nance each collected multiple hits. Kiplinger went 3 for 4 at the plate to lead the Stars.
