Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The boys golf team competed at the Convington Invite on Saturday. With prom falling on the same day, the Stars were able to take some underclassmen to compete and gain valuable varsity experience at Rivercrest Golf Course. These players found that they were able to be competitive within their playing groups, despite it being a varsity match. Luke LaGrange's 98 and Evan Terwiske's 99 lead the Stars who finished with a team score of 407. Maddex Gadbury shot a 104 and Jaice Butler added a 106. Jacob Anderson was able to maximize the opportunity and make solid strides with his game. The Varsity will be back in action tonight vs Covenant Christian at Eagle Creek Golf Club.
